RETURNS

We hope that you are happy with your Kiin goodies! However, we do understand that sometimes shopping online can be tricky, so we do offer returns (some exclusions apply). 

If you would like to make a return please familiarise yourself with our returns policy below, then contact us with your order number, name and details of the item/s you wish to return.

Conditions

• The item/s must be new, unused and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

• You have 14 days from when you receive your order to contact us.

• Any goods that have been damaged or altered from their original condition are not eligible for return. 
  

You will be eligible for store credit. Store credits are issued for the amount paid (less any discounts). Your credit will be emailed to you in the form of an E-Gift Card (a unique code), once your return is processed. The store credit is valid for 1 year after the date of creation, so you’ll have plenty of time to find the perfect replacement. If you lose the details of your store credit, contact us and we can re-email it to you.

Exclusions

Please note that there are items that are not eligible for a return due to safety and sanitary reasons, so please choose carefully. The products that are excluded for returns are:

faulty or damaged items

If there is a fault with the product please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will assist you with the process.

We will happily exchange (stock allowing) or provide a store credit, or a full refund.

postage costs

• Returned items due to change of mind are to be posted back at the customers own cost. We recommend obtaining tracking on your return parcel, and keep a copy of your receipt or proof of shipment. 
  
  
• For faulty items a prepaid returns label will be supplied.

Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour and design, actual colours may vary slightly. This is due to different device screen settings, the different lighting used in photography and other factors. We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual colour may vary slightly from your screen. In purchasing from Kiin Baby, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and the representation on our website.
