faulty or damaged items

If there is a fault with the product please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item and we will assist you with the process.

We will happily exchange (stock allowing) or provide a store credit, or a full refund.

order cancellation

If you would like to cancel an order and receive a refund, you may do so as long as the order has not yet been processed & shipped. Please contact us here. A processing fee of 3% will be charged on any order that is cancelled/refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any orders at our discretion.
